Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with the Hewit
Estates Property Owners Association to reimburse the City $18,580 for street
lighting improvements in the Hewit Estates Subdivision, and with Central Power &
Light Company for installation of said improvements at a cost not to exceed
$20,230.
