Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute the contract for engineering
services for the Information Collection Rule (ICR) Phase project with the team of
Montgomery Watson Americas, Inc. in association with the local firms of INDTECH,
an affiliate of Govind Engineering and Gulf Coast Testing Laboratory, Inc. for a fee
not to exceed $1,273,091.
