MOTIONS- 12/17/96
Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into a financial advisory contract with
M.E. Allison & Co., Inc. for services on behalf of the City of Corpus Christi for the
proposed Nueces River Authority Revenue Bond Sale of an amount not to exceed
$135,000,000 and the Lavaca-Navidad River Authority Revenue Bond Sale of an
approximate amount of $5.5 million. The fee for this service is not to exceed
$156,000.
