Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement with
the State of Texas, acting through its Texas Transportation Commission, setting
forth responsibilities for engineering and acquisition of right-of-way for proposed
improvements to Kostoryz Road between Holly Road and State Highway 357
(Saratoga Boulevard), and authorizing the deposit of $27,200 with the Texas
Department of Transportation as the City's share of engineering costs.
