Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an amendment to
the FY 96 Annual Action Plan (AAP) - Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG) program by reprogramming $366,316 from the FY 94 CDBG Program and
$153,684 from the FY 95 CDBG Program for additional FY 96 CDBG projects.
