Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Letter Agreement
with MultiRestaurant Management, Inc. to reconstruct the new restaurant space as
a change order to the City's existing Terminal Reconstruction Contract, Phase 1,
with MultiRestaurant Management, Inc. reimbursing the City $206,081 (consisting
of $204,334 for demolition/construction and $1,747 for materials testing), all of
which apply to MultiRestaurant Management, Inc.'s obligation to spend $650,000
in restaurant improvements.
