Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute extension,
renewal, and Amendment No. 2 through July 15, 1997 of the Real Estate Sales
Contract with Garnett T. Brooks, III and Laura Ann Brooks, Co-Trustees of the
Brooks 1994 Family Trust, providing for the conveyance of a roadway right-of-way
being approximately 60 feet wide by 950 feet long from approximately the
intersection of Ripple Street and Sharpsburg Road across the Brooks 1994 Family
Trust Property to the Central Power and Light Company right-of-way, which is the
northerly boundary of the Brooks 1994 Family Trust Property, which Real Estate
Sales Contract was authorized by Motion No. M95-047 passed and approved by
City Council on February 28, 1995, and Extension No.1 thereof through June 1,
1996 which was authorized by Motion No. 95-274 passed and approved by City
Council on September 26, 1995.
