Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement with
Central Power & Light Company for the installation of new continuous street lighting
and removal of overhead electrical lines on Interstate 37 between Shoreline
Boulevard and Mesquite Street, associated with and at a cost to the Gateway
Phase I Project not to exceed $131,207. Funding is available from the sale of
property to the General Services Administration.
