Motion approving supply agreements with the following companies for the following
amounts, for traffic control devices consisting of traffic signs, safety vests, traffic
control barricades, cones, lamps, flagging tape & etc. in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0094-97, for an estimated annual expenditure of $89,549 based
on Iow bid and best bid. The term of the agreements shall be for twelve months
with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. These items will be
stocked in the Warehouse for Street Services, Gas, Water and Wastewater
Services. Funds are budgeted in FY 96-97 by the using departments.
