Motion approving the Oso/Greenwood Service Areas Wastewater Facilities
Implementation Plan (1997) and adopting Alternative No. 2, including the diversion
of Broadway Plant flows to the Greenwood Plant, as the plan of action to provide
sufficient and cost effective treatment facilities through the year 2025.
