Motion approving a supply agreement with VWR Scientific Products, Suwanee,
Georgia for laboratory supplies consisting of various chemicals and supplies in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0017-97 on the basis of Iow bid, for an
estimated annual expenditure of $40,658.85. The term of the agreement will be for
twelve months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month
periods, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. Funds are budgeted in FY 96-97 by the Water and Health Departments.
