Motion approving a supply agreement with B.J.'s Uniforms, Corpus Christi, Tx, in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0087-97, for police uniforms which includes
approximately 470 pants, 575 shirts, and 40 jackets, based on Iow bid for an
estimated annual expenditure of $51,020.01. The term of the agreement will be for
twelve months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve month
periods, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. Funds are budgeted in FY 96-97 by the Police Department.
