Motion approving a supply agreement with American Meter, Piano, TX in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0101-97 for approximately 2,075 gas service
regulators, sizes 1" x 1" and 1 1/4" x I 1/4", based on Iow bid for an estimated
annual total of $29,436.25. The term of the agreement shall be for twelve months
with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds are budgeted
in FY 96-97 by the Gas Department.
