Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 893 replacement batteries
for Ericsson G.E. portable radios in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0107-97
with Battery Network, McHenry, IL., based on the Iow bid of $50,821.05. The term
of the contract will be twelve months with option to extend for up to two additional
twelve month periods subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager
or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by the using departments for FY
96/97.
