Motion approving Change Order No. 7 in the amount of $243,757.75 to Abhe &
Svoboda, Inc. for modifications to the electrical system, painting of 60 crest gate
operators, shafts, hoists, etc., and two (2) temporary bulkheads in connection with
the Wesley Seale Dam Spillway Crest Gate and Sluice Gate Rehabilitation Project.
