Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 300 pairs of kevlar gloves
and 7,000 pairs of leather work gloves with Distribution International, Corpus Christi,
Tx., in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0114-97 based on Iow bid and best bid
for an estimated annual total of $21,334. The term of the agreement shall be for
twelve months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve month
periods, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. Funds are budgeted in FY 96-97 by the using departments.
