Motion approving a supply agreement with National Meter, Lancaster, OH, in
accordance with Bid invitation No. B1-0102-97, for approximately 4,605 gas meter
valves ranging in size from 1"-2", for an estimated annual expenditure of $65,414.75
based on Iow bid and best bid. The term of the agreement shall be for twelve
months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods,
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds
are budgeted in FY 96-97 by the Gas Department.
