MOTIONS - 4/15/97
Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 5,600 tubes of a testing
reagent (Colilert) and 3,240 testing bottles, with IDEXX, Labs Inc., Westbrook, ME.,
in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0122-97 based on sole source for an
estimated annual total of $16,976. The term of the agreement shall be for twelve
months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods,
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds
are budgeted in FY 96-97 by the Health and Water Departments.
