Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 253 gate valves ranging in
size from 3" - 12", with Mueller Co., San Antonio, TX., in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0128-97 for an estimated expenditure of $56,363.86 based on Iow
bid meeting specifications. The term of the agreement shall be for twelve months
with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds are budgeted
in FY 96/97 by the Water and Wastewater Departments.
