MOTIONS - 4/29/97
Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 20,000 tons of hot mix
asphalt in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0131-97 with Bay, Ltd., Corpus
Christi, TX., based on the Iow bid of $474,800. The term of the contract will be
twelve months with option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. This
material is used by Street Services and funds are budgeted in FY 96~97.
