MOTIONS - 4/29/97
Motion approving supply agreements for water meter repair parts in accordance
with Bid Invitation BI-0099-97 with the following companies for the following
amounts, based on only bids, for a total estimated annual expenditure of $27,000.
The terms of the contracts will be for twelve months with an option to extend for up
to two additional twelve month periods subject to the approval of the supplier and
the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by the Water
Department in FY 96/97.
