Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Ratification and
Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with Conrad Blucher Institute for Surveying and
Science at Texas A&M University ~ Corpus Christi in the amount of $69,235 for the
purpose of providing dissolved oxygen and other data collection required by the
operating permit for the Oso Wastewater Treatment Plant.
