Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 1
to the Small Agreement for Architect/Engineer Consultant Services with J. R.
Thompson Engineering in an amount not to exceed $28,000 for engineering
services related to developing the necessary technical criteria to comply with Part
II.A.4 of the subject permit related to flood control facilities/projects, for a revised
contract total of $42,500.
