Motion approving supply agreements for approximately 29,000 feet of Sch. 40 PVC
pipe ranging in size from 1/2"~ 12"; 16,000 fittings; and miscellaneous cements and
primers in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0145-97 with the following
companies for the following amounts based on Iow bid for an estimated annual
expenditure of $60,920.16. The term of the agreements shall be for twelve months
with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City manager or his designee. Funds are budgeted
in FY 96-97 and have been requested for FY 97-98.
