Motion approving a supply agreement for Street Sweeping in accordance with Bid
Invitation B1-0133-97 to Bentex Services, Inc., Corpus Christi, Texas, in the total
amount of $123,627.68 on the basis of Iow bid. The term of the contract is twelve
months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods,
subject to the approval of the contractor and the City Manager or his designee.
Funds for FY 96-97 are available in the non-departmental General Fund budget.
