Motion stating that the City has no objection to the proposed issue by the Coastal
Bend Health Facilities Development Corporation of its Incarnate Word Health
System Revenue Bonds, Series 1997, in the principal sum of $50,800,000 and the
Mayor's approval of such bonds under Section 147 (f) of the Internal Revenue
Code.
