Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 13
to the Contract for Engineering Services with Russell-Veteto Engineering, Inc. in the
additive amount of $40,000 ($32,000 for design and $8,000 for additional services)
for Runway 13/31 Repairs/Drainage Improvements.
