Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 6,115 gallons of liquid lime
dispersant in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0118-97 with the Kjell
Corporation, Beloit, Wisconsin, based on total Iow bid for an estimated annual
expenditure of $30,881.21. The term of the agreement will be for twelve months
with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manger or his designee. This chemical will be
used by the Water Department for treatment of our water supply. Funds are
budgeted in FY96-97 and have been requested for FY97-98.
