Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement in
principle with the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission, the Texas
Parks and Wildlife Department, the Texas Water Development Board, the Texas
General Land Office, and the Coastal Bend Bays Foundation regarding freshwater
inflows for Nueces Bay.
