Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to request that the Executive
Director of the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission grant
administrative relief from freshwater inflow requirements whenever the Choke
Canyon/Lake Corpus Christi Reservoir System is below 50% during the period of
July, August and September, 1997.
