Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute necessary documents in Onesimo
Cruz et al v. City of Corpus Christi, No. 89-4954-D, 105th District Court, Nueces
County, Texas, to settle all claims of all parties against the City for $1,500,000, in
accordance with the agreement negotiated by the City's attorneys.
