Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract for professional legal
services with Ruben Perez to assist the City in collective bargaining negotiations
with the Corpus Christi Firefighters Association and the Corpus Christi Police
Officers Association, at a rate of $4,000 monthly, subject to appropriation.
