Motion approving the purchase of a security access system for the Gas Department
and a security access system for the parking lot of the Wastewater Maintenance
facility from Total Protection Systems, Inc., Corpus Christi, Texas, based on sole
source for a total of $33,038.18. These items are listed in the approved FY 96/97
Capital Outlay list.
