Motion approving a supply agreement with Casco Industries, Inc., Pasadena, Texas
for firefighting clothing consisting of ninety sets of pants and coats in accordance
with Bid Invitation No. B1-0175-97, based on best bid, for a total estimated annual
expenditure of $54,900. The term of the agreement will be for twelve months with
an option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been
budgeted by the Fire Department in FY 96-97 and requested for FY 97-98.
