Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents necessary to accept
and implement the FY 97 Consolidated Annual Action Plan for Community Planning
and Development Programs that include the Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) and Home Investment Partnership
(HOME) programs.
