MOTIONS - 8/12/97
Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a "Participation
Agreement" in the amount of $30,000 per year with the Nueces County Local
Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) and Refinery Terminal Fire Company as
part of the City's share of the Integrated Alert Notification and Information Plan
project. The term of the agreement is five (5) years.
