MOTIONS - 8/19/97
Motion approving a supply agreement for custodial chemical toilet service in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0197-97 with Skid-O-Kan, Corpus Christi,
Texas, based on Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $20,000. The term
of the agreement will be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to two
additional twelve-month periods, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. This service will be used by the Gas, Police, Park &
Recreation, Solid Waste, Street, Wastewater, and Water Departments. Funds have
been budgeted in FY 97-98.
