Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract in the
amount of $132,000 per year with Texas Medical Data Systems, Inc. for Emergency
Medical Services accounts receivable management services. The term of the
agreement is two years with an option to extend for up to two additional one year
periods.
