Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Contract for
Engineering and Consulting Services with Goldston Engineering, Inc. for a fee not
to exceed $129,354 for the Laguna Madre Wastewater Treatment Plant: Biosolids
Facilities Improvements.
