Motion approving a supply agreement with G&K Services, San Antonio, Texas, for
uniform rental service, which includes approximately 7,696 changes of uniforms, in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0202-97 based on Iow bid for an estimated
two year expenditure of $35,477.60. The term of the contract will be for twenty-four
months with an option to extend for up to one additional twelve month period
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds
have been budgeted by the using departments in FY 97-98.
