Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
Calame, Linebarger, Graham and Pena, L.L.P. for the collection of delinquent
special assessment accounts. Term of the agreement shall be from the date of
execution by the City Manager until September 30, 1999 with an option to renew for
two additional one-year periods.
