Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to Contract No.
7460005741-98 with the Texas Department of Health in the amount of $688,790
and providing for the Bureau of Nutrition Services to fund group nutrition education,
individual counseling, immunization services, and to distribute food vouchers at no
cost to individuals identified as having nutritional deficiencies and/or nutritional risk
during the period October 1, 1997 to September 30, 1998.
