Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract for legal services with the
law firm of Meridith, Donnell & Abernethy to handle trial of Kelly Lewis, Jr. v. City of
Corpus Christi et al, No. 94-1650-B, 117th District Court, Nueces County, Texas,
for a flat fee of $35,000.
