MOTIONS - 9/30/97
Motion approving a supply agreement with the following companies for the following
amounts for approximately 6,150 pipe repair clamps ranging in size from 2" to 30"
in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0196-97, based on Iow bid, best bid and Iow
bid meeting specifications, for an estimated annual expenditure of $188,353.34.
The terms of the contracts will be for twelve months with an option to extend for up
to two additional twelve month periods subject to the approval of the supplier and
the City Manager or his designee. These items are purchased into Warehouse
Inventory and charged out to the Water and Wastewater Departments.
