Motion approving a supply agreement with Murray Guard Inc., Jackson, Tennessee,
for uniformed guard security service for City Hall, the Central Library and the O.N.
Stevens Water Treatment Plant in accordance with BI No. B1-0018-98 based on Iow
bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $194,450.75. The term of the contract
will be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to two twelve month periods
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds
have been budgeted by the using departments in FY 97-98.
