MOTIONS- 10/21/97
Motion approving supply agreements with the following companies for the following
amounts for large lamps in accordance with Joint Governmental Purchasing Group
Bid Invitation No. JGPG 98-1, for an estimated annual expenditure of $23,145.20,
based on Iow bid. The terms of the agreements shall be for twelve months with an
option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the
approval of the suppliers, the Joint Governmental Purchasing Group, and the City
Manager or his designee. Estimated large lamps use by City is: Incandescent
7,665; Fluorescent 8,792; High Intensity 310; Quariz 170; and Stage, Studio &
Projector Lamps117. Funds have been budgeted by the using departments for FY
97-98.
