Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a one year contract
with Spohn Health Systems for health screening services, with a renewal option for
an additional one year term. The estimated annual cost for FY 1997-1998 is
$23,400. The estimated cost for an additional one year term is also $23,400 for FY
1998-1999. - ....
