Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Participation
Agreement with Baypoint, LTD., a Texas Corporation, for the relocation and/or
installation of a portion of the public utilities in conjunction with the Spur 3, Phase
2 Improvements project, the City's share of which will not exceed $217,000.
