Motion instructing the City Manager as follows:
1. Terminate any further planning and development of phase two of the Gateway
project.
2. Continue with planning and development of phase one of the Gateway project.
3. Develop plans for the appropriate signalization and intersection improvements
at 1-37 and Shoreline.
