Motion authorizing an agreement between the City of Corpus Christi and the Corpus
Christi Industrial Development Corporation for the Corpus Christi Industrial
Development Corporation to purchase certain lands along Oso Creek and to hold
such lands for the benefit of the City and for the City to contribute $40,000.
